# atmos stack describe

Show the fully merged configuration for stacks and their components. This is an alias for [`atmos describe stacks`](/cli/commands/describe/stacks), with the same flags and output.

## Usage

```shell
atmos stack describe [flags]
```

## Flags

- **`--stack` / `-s`**
  Select a stack to describe.
- **`--components`**
  Filter by component names, separated by commas.
- **`--sections`**
  Include only the named configuration sections.
- **`--format`**
  Select YAML or JSON output.
